The chicken was actually under the lettuce. 
I sat out on the back porch and ate my lunch. I was a beautiful day. the next day the storms hit. There will be another chicken salad day in the near future. Grilled chicked from the night before, lettuce, peppers and celery seeds. yummo!!!
